TERMS & POLICIES
WEEKLY LESSONS POLICY (Full Term Bookings)

Cancellations & Make-Up Lessons:
Students must provide at least 7 days’ notice to cancel a scheduled lesson. Up to two (2) make-up lessons per term are available when 7 days’ notice is given. Make-up lessons do not roll over to the following term, and any unused make-up lessons are forfeited and non-refundable. -
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged as usual and are not eligible for a make-up lesson. -
Cancellations by Ri:
If a lesson is cancelled by Ri, the student will be offered a make-up lesson, a credit, or a full refund for that lesson. -
Term Commitment:
Enrolment is for the full term and must commence in Week 1. If a student discontinues lessons before the end of the term, any remaining lessons are forfeited and non-refundable. -
Trial Lesson:
The complimentary 20-minute trial lesson is offered only to new students and may be redeemed once per individual. Returning students are not eligible. This trial lesson offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with or applied toward any gift voucher purchase.
